When I read this, I couldn't believe it! This man was one of the best musicians out there! May he rest in peace.

Divamom, I knew you'd do an RIP. I was so sad when I saw this today. I saw the Isley Brothers (with Phyllis Hyman ... another great who left us too soon) and David Peaston at the Amphitheatre in L.A. YEARS ago. WHAT A PHENOMENAL SHOW!!! The Isleys, one of my favorites. Poor Marvin ... gone much too young.
