Mrs. O is wearing Jason Wu once again.  It's a halter-neck ruby chiffon custom gown with velvet details, and Jimmy Choo shoes.  Even though she's spectacular, it would've been nice to give someone else a play this time around.

Michelle Obama came back in a big way tonight after a momentary lapse in style judgment as her husband delivered the State of the Union Address. 

Fashionable FLOTUS?

Michelle Obama can do no wrong according to fashionistas everywhere. Yesterday was her time. I'll be curious to see what the buzz is on this dress. Anyone who honestly feels this was an appropriate choice, probably was the stylist for The Emperors New Clothes. The occasion was the funeral services for Sargent Shriver held in DC yesterday. Mrs. O is dressed to visit an area elementary school. Total fail. What do you think?

Flawless Friday

Iman, 54, is flawless at the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) awards June 7.  

She was honored with the Fashion Icon Award.  Let's have a moment of silence on that 54 years old.  Proof that elegance still reigns supreme and that women over 50 can still make it rain.

It seems like it was so much going on that my girls got "pushed down" on the roll so i'm putting them back up again. They've paid their dues and worth me paying homage one more time. Let's hope nothing happens today that they have to share. Even if it does, i'll just post a day later.

Wasn't my intention to highlight Michelle Obama-Mrs. O does an incredible job of that but, Mrs. Obama has been hitting it out of the park lately and yesterday was no exception.

Her beautiful Thakoon dress was splashed with bright watercolors-perfectly appropriate for the festive holiday of Cinco de Mayo.
